I spoke with the owner of this company to arrange for my basement to be taken care of after the flood that hit and destroyed Manheim in September 2011 . He quoted me a price of $1000.00 (when my basement was still 5ft. under water) and said he would pump it out, clean the sewage, and disinfect it wit a chemical spray. I agreed. When his employees arrived at my house my basement was already pumped out down to about 4 inches of water. His men plugged in a water pump and ran the drain hose out the window. It took about 5 minutes to do this. After about 2 hours of watching the pump drain water out of my basement (and a half hour lunch break), when the 4 inches were drained out, the men sprayed some chemicals, plugged in 3 fans,( which took them 10 minutes) then packed up there things and left. Before leaveing the men gave us a hand written receipt (that we still have as proof) stateing what they have done and that they will be back in a couple of days to finish cleaning the basemet and give it a final disinfection spray with the chemicals. To this day we have not seen, or heard from them! They took my $1000.00 dollar check, did very minimal, if next to nothing, and disappeared off into the flood waters of Manheim to "service" there next victim! I was totally disappointed and felt taken advantage of from the first phone call to the last time I seen the men. Something needs to be done so I can recover my money back for a job they did half ass and not to completion as promised on the phone and on the hand written receipt. Since this time I have had my basement taken care of by another company,(for another high cost) and feel my lost to this other company should be recouped! Thank you for looking into this matter and getting ahold of this price guager! He took advantage of the flood and made me a double victim! Now he should have to pay! Didn't I lose enough in my basement with in the flood?
