I have been calling the ph ## that they gave on the letter, and for 3 days I have called and called trying to get ahold of a PERSON TO CANCEL THIS WHOLE MESS, BUT I can't even get thru...and believe me holding a phone for 30 minutes and still no help is very upsetting. and I'v done this all day now for 3 days!!
