well there site sells items for online games. i had purchased from them on the 7th of october 2011. My order status says refunding and has never been added back into my card. i have contacted my card holder and they say there is no sign of any pending processes. ecoinways.com has never replied or emailed me back even after i have spent days emailing and trying to contact them. I have managed to get 1 live person after 48hrs of sitting on live help. as soon as they got there they took my id number and never responded after serval hrs. there has been alot of complaints ingame about this site and many people have had the same issue and never gotten there money back
