I know I had a bill outstanding so I quickly checked my account while at work finding out I had enough to pay and do a small food shop I quickly phoned to pay but my card kept declining I gave up and checked again to find all that money had gone within mins. merrywood had took it. I had never heard of this company before and I was working and couldn't apply while at work. I phoned them and straight away the woman was very rude said I would get a refund within 3 days but then hung up without confirming it had gone tho so I phoned again and got someone else also very rude when I asked how did they get my details I never applied I wad working I gottold by both to do bring childish of course I applied. And they won't go into it. The next day I had £1.00 refund from them do again I phone to see why just this had gone t this is procedure and the rest would take 5 days again very rude and abrubt so I left it 5 working days on I'm now being told 30 days and I was never told 5 days I don't know what I'm taking about and there are never any managers to speak to!! this is a Mickey mouse company I'm now going though my bank to get my money back I'm very upset to have been spoken to like I have when they have taken my money
