I ran into their site when i was looking for a particular movie, the condition for viewing was to sign up which i did. After signing up for the free trial period,i searched for the movie and to my disappointment couldnt find it. So i thought if i dont show any interest in becoming a member, i would be deleted from their database. I found out later that my account was billed which really made me confused. They should have informed me before billing my account if i was ready to become a member which they didnt. The money was the last in my account and i've been looking for a way to reach them cos the email address is a noreply one. i really need that money because i dont have any money left and i'm a student studying in a foreign land. Please help me

Update: 07/19/2013

And to crown it all, they didnt send me a mail that i have been billed which is so not ethical. They are only using the free trial period to bait people. I really do need the money, awaiting your response. thank you
