We received a free cruise voucher from World Wide Travel in Long Beach. We sat through the presentation in which we were promised a free cruise. After, we were informed that we must pay a service fee of $48.00 and also 100.00 each (2 of us) for money that would be reembuirsed to us upon arrival for our cruise. It has been 3 months and we have heard nothing from this company. How can we get our money back? Please help.
