Someone called me on November 10, 2010 offering 10 Sunday papers to be delivered for $10.00. I gave my credit card number and received the ten papers. I did not call and ask for ongoing delivery. I did not realize until checking much later that they had added charges on December 28, 2010 and March 28 or 29, 2011. I found out when they charged me again in May on my credit card statement. I called the bank credit card and disputed this. Then I checked back and found the other two charges. Absolutely no papers were delivered after the first ten I arranged for with the phone caller on November 10, 2010. Had they continued delivery I would have called immediately and canceled. I have called at least four times since then and been told I would receive a refund, however, today they say it is to late. I never authorized further charges AND never received any papers other than the first ten I paid for. The credit card charges were fraudulent--STEALING, IN FACT!
