This company offers delay pay when you book a trip. I booked a hotel with
them. 100.00 to book the reservation and a payment on June 25 for 340.87and the final payment of 340.87 on July22. This company double charged me on June25. I called customer service, stayed on the line waiting to talk to a representative for 45 min.,to have someone tell me it was a glitch, it happened to other people. They said I would here a response in 24 to 48 hrs. They also wanted personal information I was not comfortable giving them, so I did not. This is now July 5. Ive sent 4 emails. I have not gotten any responses.

Hell you got off cheaper than me. Booked on the 26th. Double charged $560.00. "Glitch in system" excuse as well. I am starting to think it's a "let's double charge a percentage of people and see how many don't catch it" glitch. Called on the 26th, still have no refund. Go to the BBB. Seems they respond to every complaint because they somehow have an A+ rating with like 400 complaints.
