Booked a vacation with them and was told by the agent that the complete charge for the trip would be $3061.87. Then after I was committed and recieved my itenerary I was being charged. $3861.87. I asked the agent, Chantie, more than three times if she was sure this was the cost and she replied "yes." According to a gentleman named Tyler who works for the company the audio reveals she said the higher price at the end of our conversation. At no time did I here the firs agent by the name of Chantie, tell me the price was going to be $3861.67. They refuse to waiver on this and I believe I have been grossly misled. It is too late to get out of this has our airline tickets have been paid for and we would loose a lot of money. I have a requested a copy of the audio. It will be interesting to see if I receive it. This is an outrage.
