Advance Cash USA is stating that i took out a online cash loan for $500.00 When i do not know, they could not tell me when. I have never borrowed any amount of money from this company ever in my like, they called me harassing me at work and told me that i will be arrested tomorrow at my job. Please help me with this matter. I really need your help. I want to file a claim against Advance Cash USA ASAP.

- To Antonette if you ever see this, I am writting to your post about the loan people that keep calling you. If they say they are taking you to court or sending you to jail or saying "god have mercy on your soul" It is a huge scam!!! They did this to me, you have to tell your boss what's happening because it will get ugly. Just when you think they have stopped they start up again. More than likely they have a foreign accent right??? They have tried it with me too, they said if I wasn't smoking crack & would just pay my bills they would stop calling. But if you call them it's either a disconnected call or they have no info for you. They will say whatever it takes to scare you into paying...Don't fall for it. Just ignore them as much as possible. Depending on where you work get your supervisor to get on the phone with them. Have them threaten them & say that you are not allowed personal calls at work. Tell them you want proof of what you owe by fax, they will probably leave you alone then.
