I received a call from someone describing himself as an attorny representing advance cash usa saying I am going to be sued and the police are coming to my house to arrest me. I've never had any dealings with these people.

- Stay away from any payday loans!! When it sounds "easy, fast and NO CREDIT CHECK" it's always a scam!! I am astonished how many people keep applyingor even browsing for cash loans. Do a little homework and check the Better Business Bureau. If someone calls claiming to be a lawyer or from legal department stating that are going to send the police just hang up and keep hanging up on them. Legitimate attorneys do not call, hang up on you or threaten to do that. They risk disbarrment. Simply report them them to your State's Attorney General's Office and websites such as this one. If the "loan" sounds too good to be true, IT IS A SCAM!!!
