They have PDF offer of $9.95 for the 2013 PDF program. It is the no frills program. When I clicked the download button,it snapped, gobbled my coins and when I tried to backpedal it would not let. "SORRY, THIS IS ACTION IS COMPLETE." But the final price was not $9.95 but, $22.95
This is dirty, ill intended, immoral and it should be illegal.
