So WHO is this “Roopa” who has posted this complaint? Is this not a classic case of misuse of internet as a medium? What was her situation? What are the facts related to her case? What happened over 1-2 years during her relationship with the company? Why did she had to ask for refund? Why is the company not giving refund of the consulting fee paid to it? WHAT is the REAL name of the person who posted this complaint and considering that NO facts related to the case have been mentioned, how is one to know whether it is a genuine complainant?
This is the tragedy of internet. While it has benefitted the mankind, it has also opened possibilities for its misuse by a minority who take full advantage of the fact that it is a free medium. So if you want to malign a company’s name – for all one knows it could be an anonymous post done by a competing company – just go to a complaint site , create an account with a name which hided your identity and post a comment. It is as simple as that.
