We received service from Upclick(headquarters in Montreal, Canada) in February for a total of $41.95. Two months later someone representing Upclick called to say that the business was declaring bankruptcy and a refund was being made to customer. Unfortunately, access to billing form required Upclick to get access to computer and then was locked with a required payment of $300, payable in 3 $100 ITune git cards! My computer is locked and while I fell for the first payment, reading the access numbers from the ITune cards which the staff person - Ryan Willams - after which the password to reopen the computer would be given. According to this Ryan Williams, his system did not accept the ITune card numbers and it was requested that I get 6 more such cards so if the next three didn't work, perhaps the last two would
I have refused but currently have lost use of that computer.
