I have had nothing but trouble with this phone since I switched over to the $30.00 card plan. I switched since I never did use the internet and my usage did not warrant the $45.00 plan. When I went to Walmart to get them to help me reprogram the phone, ST told the attendant at Walmart it was a problem with the tower. The gentleman helping me tried his straight talk phone and it worked fine. Another women in the electronics department told me that the only people having this problem were the ones who used the $30.00 card. Please check into this problem. I have lost the 16 days of service and the phone is useless to me. One of their representatives erased my contact list and my photos in trying to reprogram this phone. Any assistance would be grateful. Thank you.
