i went online and there computer charged 2 of my accounts a total of 4 times and they a refund for 3 accounts and kept the last but on one of my accounts that caused a overdraft on $97.00 and all they did was give me a 1 month credit and that's only $30.00 so I'm still out $67.00 and it was all there fault.
