ACADEMY...THEY TRANSFERRED ME TO BRAINHOST TO GET STARTED....BRAINHOST CHARGED $44.90 FOR WEBHOSTING SERVICES THAT I COULDN'T UTILIZE...T.O.P.S. ACADEMY IS ALSO APPEARING TO BE A SCAM AS WELL...THAT'S ANOTHER STORY!!! MY COMPLAINT IS BRAINHOST.COM...I'VE TRIED CANCELLING MY BRAINHOST WEBHOSTING SERVICES NUMEROUS TIMES(THROUGH CHAT SUPPORT BECAUSE NO ONE RETURNS MY CALLS USING THE CUSTOMER SERVICE# PROVIDED)...I'VE NEVER RECEIVED AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION FOR CANCELLATION!!!! IN ADDITION I CANCELLED TOPS ACADEMY SERVICES THROUGH CUSTOMER SUPPORT EMAILS PROVIDED...BECAUSE NO ONE RETURNS MY PHONE CALLS!!! I BELIEVE IT'S ALL A SCAM!!!!!!!....BOTH T.O.P.S. ACADEMY AND BRAINHOST.COM
