I ordered a wedding dress on my charge card for my daughter. When it arrived and she put it on, there was no way this dress was her size. Also it looked like the dress we ordered, but it was not the same dress, it had WAY too much cheap toulle built into the dress and none of the appliques were completely tacked down. She actually broke down in tears when she tried it on, she looked like an out of proportion clown. The top was so huge, there was no way this could have even been altered if we wanted to. It arrived on 5/16/13 approx. 5 pm. We had 48 hrs. to contact them to "apply" for a refund.(return policy link follows)http://www.idreamprom.com/faq_info.html?faqs_id=33 We tried to contact them via phone Fri. approx. 2 pm EST and it was disconnected. My daughter went to the website and did a live chat (we have a copy) and they just gave her the run around. The live chat person told her to email them and she did, and they told her there was a 24 hr. turn around for return response, but the email response was they would get back to us in 48 hrs, which would be too late per their return policy. PLEASE HELP US! If we get a refund we will also have to pay the return postage to CHINA - where it was shipped from.
