On 13/10/2012 I ordered a pair of pink satin shoes with black sole (Item Code: 301970897) and a set of bracelet, necklace and earrings made with pearls presented in a grey box (Item Code: 300251121) on the website http://www.idreamprom.com for US $183.38.
Unfortunately, I received a heart shape pink and red box (12473) in which I have found no bracelet, earrings pendants and a cheap quality necklace with a plastic closure.
The shoes have a beige sole and the left shoe has a defect with the bow.
I discovered it did not work adequately because the set was incomplete, both the necklace and earrings different that on the picture and the box is not that nice case presented on the picture.
The necklace should have different size of pearls and the earring shouldn't be pendants.
Regarding the shoes, the sole is not black as shown on the web site and the bow is defected.
I already have contacted their service about this problem and they suggested me to keep the goods offering me discount on the next purchases, which I refused because I want to return the goods and be refund totally.
They never answer my questions and ignore the points I am making.
