I purchased a dress for my granddaughters prom and paid extra to receive the dress before time. The dress was received the day after the prom and it was not properly made. I have been chatting on line back and forth but they want it give me less than what I paid on shipping and keep the dress for future events. This is not acceptable to me. This dress is of no value to me - therefore I am seeking a full refund. For some reason, they don't want me to contact an attorney.
