After I watched their advertisement in TV I try to call and they promise me to lower my interest rate as 2% and principal reduction of $30k to $40k and they finish it for 90 days but they said before they start I need to pay $1,495.00 for processing fee and postdated check of $1,282.00. I give everything the paperwork they need after 150 days still nothing happen.And they never answer the phone anymore and email..Big scammed.
