my verizon account was put on hold by the bbb but they never contacted them back about my credits and charges so the hold came off in november 2012 without being notified so then they asked for all the back monies, i paid them the rears of 2395.00 in which i have an email which paid my one bill until febuary 2012out a new bill march came out with made it 2580.00 in which i paid it in full before it was due 3/8/13 i had until the 3/11/2013 they shut off all my stuff on the 11th even though it was paid and added another 200 to the bill and the bill gets larger and larger each month i then they charged me twice for a new device in which i did not need it was suppose to be free and i have credits and monies which are not applied to my bill and i have the head person kim thompson calling my a liar she is vice president to the big guy i emailed her and she also is very nasty. I want all this taken care of i have been on the phone to much for this problem please call for further information (Personal Information Removed)phillip episcopo sr
