We were contacted by Mike Aloia and Brian Lozita regarding an issue we have on a commercial property loan. They both assured that RESPA was applicable to commercial loans even though we questioned them about it many times. We sent out our letters to our lender as well as the other government agencies they told us too. We have been told by all agencies that RESPA does not apply to our loan. Further, even though we paid in full for an "audit" none has ever been completed for us and no phone calls or emails have been answered. We have in writing their refund policy but have not received same despite our many claims for same. Stay away from these guys. We have also learned that Brian Lozito was put out of business in Florida and just crossed the state line into Georgia to continue his fraudulent practices. We want our money back.

Despite the many claims by Brian Lozita that he had returned our $2500.00 and was "tracking the shipment", we have not penny one back from this conman.

Hi Ma'am. I'm a former aquantiance of this person. I found out here recently that he was doing this, along with the fact that he was also part of the global equity mortages thing several years ago that was being ran out of Orange Park Florida. As he keeps his customers in the dark about the address of his office, I can provide that address right now. Brian doesn't own any company. What he does is make them in other peoples names, and run it into the ground. He accepts money, then changes so he doesn't have to provide a final product. His office address is 400 Madison Ave, Suite 104 Orange Park Florida, 32065. He is also under investigation by the clay county sheriffs office for grand theft. -
