I ordered internet service and then immediately canceled. I filled out the online form and sent back the modem. I then received a $900+ bill in the mail and called to dispute it and they said they would take care of it. Throughout this process it was slowly dropped from $900+ to $600+ to $400+ to its now current $266. Every time I would call centurylink they would assure me that I did not owe anything and they would take care of it. This has been going on for over a year and I have received many threatening collection calls and it is now affecting my credit.
