I contracted and paid Slomins Security Company to up-grade my home alarm system. During the installation the tech. acknowledged he cracked the security glass. A tentitive was reached and Slomins claims manager refusses honor the conditions of the security maintinance plan.

I contracted Slomin's Security Company to: upgrade my existing security system and install security devices on three additional windows. During the installation the installer informed me he accidently cracked a sliding window while attaching the magnetic device.

The installer instructed me to obtain an estimate from a independent window repair company, submit the estimate to Slomins and Slomins would reimburst me for the cost of the repair.

The next day I search around via internet and by phone. The cost of repair range from $140-165.00 contingent on site repair which did not include additional expense for sending a tech out to my house to take measurments and place the order... estimated time of completion and delivery, fifteen to twenty days. The second option was to bring the cracked window into the store for shop repair. estimated time 10-15 days.

I called Slomins March 1st 2013 and appraised them of the situation. I was informed by the receptionist, "Someone will get back to you. The person who handles this is out of the office"
I called every week from The second week of March to The second and third week of April. I was contacted by Darren Dominguez, said to be the manager of the claims department. Dominguez stated Slomins would reimburse me the cost of the repair (estimated 150.00 low ball) after I sign a release. I recieved the release agreement yesterday 04/17/2013 The terms of the release state "Slomins will credit my account for one hundred fifty dollars. I called the Slomins office and Mia the receptionist delibrately refused to connect me with the CEO Mr Jason Salzman or Executive Management. Darren Domingiez refused to talk to me directly. Mia tried to cover for the claims department as she said( You have a outstand bill of ninety one dollars. It's the claims department policy not to pay claims when there is a outstanding bill. The security contract and the quarterly bill is paid in full. The security quarterly bill wasen't due untill after the window was broken. I've been a Slomins customer for fourteen consecutive years. I have current a annual Security and service Contract, Oil Burner service and delivery contract. For Darren Dominguez to use a quarterly monitoring payment as an excusse not to honor Slomins security contract, is in direct defience of Slomins maintinance policy in the contract. I am asking for a eight hundred dollars settlement to cover the cost of the window, installation, time and money and the aggravation and mental stress as a direct result of Darren Diminguez behavior.
