Went to go change my address online and entered my info into their website believing they were the postal office. My card got charged 19.95 instead of 1.00 and I immediately realized this was not USPS. I called the customer service number only to get the option to leave a voice mail. I also went to the "contact us" section and sent in a request for my money back. Total scam. Who would spend 20 dollars on a service you can get for free? After a day of no responses I contacted my bank to file a dispute. 3 days after they charged my card, a customer service rep emailed me explaining they could not issue me a refund because I had "already used resources and the service and they sent over my information immeditatly to USPS" and the most they could refund me was 5$. I responded saying that I refused anything except a full refund- that I did not receive any of their so called services because the postal office didn't even receive my "change of address." request to begin with! She responded stating it takes 72 hours to USPS to receive my information and she could give me 10.00 back. At this point I called her out on her lies, explaining that in the first email she told me USPS got my info immediately and now it takes 3 days.. and added that I TRIED calling as soon as I placed the order to cancel but NOBODY ANSWERED the customer service line. I threatened to contact the BBB and told her to stop feeding me bullshit. She responded stating that she would refund me the entire amount.

I have yet to get the refund but im keeping an eye out on my account to see if it comes back. My advise is harass the shit out of them until the return your money. Call them out on their lies and hopefully you can get you 20.00 back! Good luck!!
