I can't stand their service, I had a problem with my reciver box over a year ago. they sent a guy out and he replaced it, I had been a cutomer of their's over ten years, he tells me there should be no charge for this. next month I recived my bill showing I owe them $90 dollars for this new box. So I call them and they say oh,.. don't worry we'll fix that, "right" then the fallowing month it's still on the billing. I call them back again and same run around,this went on for about 5 months untill July 2012. I had started paying them more then the normal billing but they did not show it on the next one. So they turned me off from service. OK,. I said hell with them and went to Direct TV. so far good. I call back Dish and talk to them and they say I don't owe them, well I must still in there eye because I get a bill now from some collectiion co. saying I owe $68. I don't think so, not paying that, dish can come get their junk.
