I signed up for a trail of this product (along with one from HydraWhite) on March 15, 2013 after reading an article about combining the two for extremely better results and the cost of the trail was less than $5 each. I check my account today and found a $92.13 charge from 'CHKCARDWHITENING FAST HENDERS NVUS'. My first thought is fraudulent charge by an unknown entity. I did a bit of google-ing and found this and other sites warning against this company and called my bank who advised me to call their customer service first while they put a hold on the charge. I called WhiteningFast at 1-800-916-1580 and spoke to a lady who had just-barely recognizable English and ended up calling me 'sir' a couple times even after I corrected her. They at first wanted to give me 45$ and let me keep everything until I got a bit irate and told them I hadn't opened anything, it is devious and probably illegal to charge someone for something without properly advertising it so she changed to "Mail back the complete program, keep the trial, we will refund you 60$ and we will close your account with us." She gave me an RMA number to put on my package and I will send it out tomorrow.

Needles to say I imediatly went to HydraWhite's webpage and found the "Easy Cancel Button" and stopped that shit before I have another issue with shitty advertising.

All in all I ended up with jack shit and I'm very pissed. NO company should be allowed to charge you for something that they did not advertise when you signed up for something else. Putting it in your "Terms and Conditions" is NOT ENOUGH. If I am being charged for something it should be in bold print obvious enough for a kid to see before I even enter my information into your site.
