I ordered their trial on 10/19/2012 and received the product on 10/21. I cancelled the subscription on 10/30. I later founde out that $78.41 was withdrawn from my bank card. I called them and talked to Jose. He said that my trial was for 8 days. But as you can see their terms and conditions below, there is now such thing like 8days of trial.
He said I can't return the product and they cannot refund my money. As I protested, he said he can give me $45 back and let me keep the product. I said I don't need it and want the full amount back. Now he said he misread somethimg and my account is not elibible even for the partial refund.
I told him that I wanted to talk to his supervisor but he said he is the highest person that I can talk to.
So I asked him to send me their terms and conditions where it is clearly mentioned that my trial is only 8 days and I have to cancel during the trial of 8 days. He said yes but so far no email from them.

So I went back to the site where I placed the order and double checked their terms and conditions(see below). And I called again and talked to Arme. She said I didn't cancel my subscription during the trial(8days)and so the $78.41 cannot be refunded.
I said to her, "I wonder how on earth this can happen in the USA, where you buy something but you don't like it, then you return it and get your refund."
She said this is different because it's online purchase. What? Can this be real?

I hope they will realize that they are losing their potential customers by their own ill business manners and learn a lesson by some punishment.
