ever since I had DSL,i'm getting 1/6of what im paying for. at least 10 times ive tryed to get help each time their tecdh spin me or my wife to get rid of us. their final answer when i ask for a superviser they say my areas having trouble , this comes after they make us,jump through hoops for more than an hour.onthe week of3/15 to 3/22 they said a repair and rewiring was to happen on 3/22they said they had no record of this after more than hour they saidm trouble in my area. we know this not to be true but a stalling tactick. normally we are so fatigued we wait a week then go through this snow job again we are paying for 650 and geeting less than 200. this is not fair . No superviser has ever called to help . sincerly James corcoran 11/18/37 please help
