Was advised I had won Disney Holiday - they had all my personal details. Stupidly agreed but after thirty minutes called back to query and cancel transaction. Was told it was non-refundable and they had advised me during their sales pitch (did not).

Transction has gone through on my Visa March 4, 2013 but I received a threatening email and handwritten fax as follows:
Fax: "Your phone was suddenly switched to fax mode Its quite ok we simply wanted to advise that your account was turned over to legal today to audit and evaluate risk on your false claims and statements made to your bank. Since you are committing what is called "Chargeback Fraud" your account will be pursued legally and outside collections will ensue. If you choose the route of "Wisdom" I suggest you stop playing games and face your responsibility. Call 8168754484." Unsigned.

The email had the same threats but a different phone # 816-272-8403.
