I recieved a call while at work that I had won a vacation for Florida for 2 people. All I had to do was pay a small fee for registering and was told I would be emailed a password verification that day. When I logged on to their site I tried several times but the password they gave me did not work. Thinking something was up I contacted my Visa card company and after trying a few numbers we reached their office. I told the gentleman I was having second thoughts about their company and would like to cancell my package. He assured me this could be done and that the credit to my account would show up within then next 20 business days. The next day I recieved another call from them wanting to set up my vacation package. I informed them I had cacelled and was told I would be recieving a refund. The person on the other end told me this could not be as they didn't issue refunds and that I would have to talk to their billing and legal department. The next day another call came in and the person said there was no way any of their people would have promised me a refund and that I was being sneeky by complaining to visa. From there the conversation got ugly and I ended up hanging up on the caller. The next day I sent a formal complaint to their website explaining the situation and that I expected a full refund. The only response I got from them was "your vacation has been cancelled" My next response to them was , what is the the next step in the cancellation process? They replied "it takes 20 business days". I informed them that it had been well over 20 days, but as of yet have had no response from this company.
