The number called was for 2 DVD/3 CD of hard to find Hispanic music and live concert footage. The order was charged the next day, but to take 10 weeks for delivery. Come Christmas no delivery, called back number, left message, and was returned call from 626-445-9137. Customer service stated my address was wrong, shipment was in stall and they would reship, receive product within 10 days. Mid January called back the 800 number and received call back from 224-217-9445. Again given issue of wrong address, shipment would be sent out and received within 10 days. Requested refund, told we would get a credit card refund within 10 days. Mid February called back 800 number to ask about refund, told they do not ever give credit card refunds, we would recieve a check in mail within 10 days. Mid March now and no product and same excuse over again.
