I ordered the 5 Mile Creek dvd collection as a Christmas gift and never got anything. They emailed me saying the items had shipped and to expect them in 2-4 weeks... NOTHING! I emailed their customer service and they told me they would try and track my order. I waited another week without any response and emailed again. They never got back to me and now I can't get on their site either.
