These people are scam artists. Every one of them, including Gordon (if that is his real name), should be arrested. The Dark Shadows DVD set I ordered was missing at least 25% of the episodes, including the entire first year. What they sent me were pirated recordings with numerous defects and no liner notes. Episodes and entire DVD's stop in the middle or don't play at all. This completely ruined the experience of watching a great show that has to be viewed in chronological order. Luckily for us, our credit card company credited us the full amount, but the emotional distress inflicted upon us as we continue to watch these episodes continues. If you miss a few episodes of Dark Shadows, you have to read the episode guide online to figure out what is going on. I will never make another e-commerce purchase unless the company is well established.
