I keep getting calls saying i have a crimfinal case that's going to be filed and i will be arrested if i don't return his call they want 250.00 to stop prosecution he sounds like he is Indian. and keeps calling from different numbers.

- we recently got the same phone call stating that we had a delinquite loan also. the man says his name is robert louis, and he is from internal affairs supposidely. it is illegal for a payday loan company to send debt collection agencies of any kind after you. Our local atthorities told us that they work for us not those foreign mother (Inappropriate Content Removed)and for us to tell them if they want us arrested to come to our door and do it themselves, which wouldnt be advised due to Arkansas residents have a bad habit of dealing with foreigners our way and not involving the law to do it for us. with no fear of prosecution from our local atthorities. these people are nobody important and do not worry they dont want to see what (Inappropriate Content Removed)
