The website was intended to track someone to charge the $19.95 due to the small lettering and light color text. At the time of checkout, no mention of the amount will be charged of any kind. Website color intended to match USPS.com and most people will think that it is USPS.com. SCAM site should taken down. I submitted 2 orders before realized that this is not a USPS.com but it was too late. They have charged to my account. Called their number with dummy answer machine and no one will pick up the phone.
