I tried to order the combination of Knockout and Blizzard white teeth whitening system on Facebook. Luckily, it wouldn't let me order the Blizzard white or I might be almost $200. in the hole.
I ordered what was suppose to be a free trial and even had a promo code for free shipping, which didn't work. Anyway, I felt sure, it was just a free trial, I read through the fine print on the Facebook ad and ordered the free trial for $1.03. The next day, they charged me $3.87 for the free shipping. I ordered on March 4. I received the free trial and and additional program which I did not order. I was suppose to get at least a 10 or 8 day trial. I didn't have the product 3 days and boom, I was charged $94.31 on March 11. I didn't even know what this was for??? I called and got the automation set up to cancel. Called to talk to the Customer service 24 hour, 7 days a week service. Of course, they didn't open until 8am. Called to get a refund and was treated rude and the person on the phone sounded muffled and couldn't understand. Called again, spoke to a different person and he was rude and muffled too. They wouldn't even let me talk. I paid the postage to send back the box that I didn't order or authorize. The ad on Facebook did not mention a membership, etc. Then, I look at the website and it does mention the membership fees, etc. But, I, unfortunately ordered from the Facebook promotion and I really don't think this is a fair or ethical practice. I really need a refund for $94.31. This unauthorized charge also cause an overdraft fee of $30.00 with my bank. My bank is looking into the problem and has suggested I cancel my card so this company can't continue to charge my card without authorization. What a scam. I have learned my lesson and hope to warn other people so it won't happen to them.
