I Too entered into a contract with two individuals who represented themselves as employees of RCI because I asked how they received my information. Later to find out they represented Sunset Harbor. I feel used and taken advantage of . I too was supposed to received a check from PRL that would've paid off the time share. And after being put off several times by Lisa the only one that was answering the phone at PRL up to September of 2012. In December after not recieving a check like I was told . I called again and guest what they were out of business. I then called sunset harbor and no one answers the phone. I received a letter in January post marked Las Vegas asking for maintenance fees and denouncing their affiliation with PRL and claiming they had no business relations with them. First of all after reading some of the complaints and the ploy that they used to sell this time share it all sounds the same sales pitch to me. Instead I'am stuck paying off the nine thousand dollars for this time share. To me this is criminal and they are all responsible,and I refuse to pay them another dime till I'am contacted by them and how they are going to repair the damages.
