I had a contract with a credit card processing co. While with this co. the statement showed no charge to a third party Lease Equipment Co., because of poor service received from the credit card co. the contract was cancelled, which I paid an early cancellation fee. after returning the equipment, about 6 months later the Lease Co. said I owed for the leasing equipment which I had returned. Approximately 1 year later the attached a judgement hold on my account.
