I too ordered the Hill Street Blues complete series boxset and never received it. When I sent inquires to DVD Gator, I would get, for a while, these long emails telling me that my package had been processed and delivered and was most likely sitting at my local post-office. I smelled a bit of a rat early on but now I'm sure the whole thing was a scam. The last email i sent to them was returned with a failure to connect message.
