On February 13 I been scammed by ZhiFei Qiang for $850USD. I paid them by western union after 13 days waiting for order to be at my door, they email me to send another $425USD, they said my order been stock in china custums to be relaese I have to pay $425 for china custums tax, I asked them for a phone number they gave me one its not even the right one thats how I realized I been scammed anyone who see please help refund that money.
