OneMain Financial had call me about being 2 months behind in my payments. I spoke to a person named JR in the Toms River office. He had told me if i can send a post dated check for $112.00. I had agreed to that having trust in this financial instution. The check i had sent was post dated for Feb.28, 2013. It was sent out Feb.12, 2013. The following weekend i went into my on line checking account & seen where they had deposited that check which that had made my account over drawn. So they had lied to me. I am on a fixed income & told them i will be recieving my federal income tax check in about a week or so & will get caught up in my payments. I called up the Toms River office today Feb. 18, 2013. I spoke tp JR & told him what had happened. He said to me that i sent the payment to there PO BOX in Columbus Ohio. Now he lied to me again. I no that i had sent it to the Toms River NJ office. I told him i would like to talk to the branch manager & JR told me he was not in that he would call me.
