called and said they were trying to serve me papers,gave a phone number of 888-235-5829,and whats really scary is they new my ss# and said I was being sued for a credit card acc and I rack up a bill from1997-2006...And that never happend.they hungup on me too! I told them to send me some mail,they said they had tried to serve me but couldnt find my address????The said if I didnt appear in court then I would be assumed guilty...I dont know how much the monetary amt is they never said...
