The Northern Exposure collection was advertized for $79 on Christmas day. I ordered and paid for it at the same time.
I have contacted the company and was given an apology with a promise that if the collection was not received within 3-5 days from the letter, then I would have the option to have it sent by Fedex or Ups or my money returned.
I let a full week pass just in case but no delivery. Now I have tried to contact them to ask them to resend the collection. Now when I try to get to their web site www.dvdtiger.com I get the "there is a problem" message, and when I try to reply to their reply to my letter I get a message that "it has been too long". These people have obviously stolen my money.
