Companyy called to tell us we were eligible for a mortgage remodification with Bank of America. However, since we never were in default or late on any of our payments, they are in violation of the MARS Ruling (not to collect any fees prior to getting our mortgage loan remodified). WE have demanded our money back, but have received no response to our requests and our phone calls to them go unanswered. I sent a certified letter to them with no response either. I am now in contact with the New York State
Attorney General's office in regard to this scam, and will fill out all
necessary applications regarding this matter.

  • Same issue except they got me for 2490.00 in September. Names of Chris Pasca and Errin Castaneda. She is the person I mostly spoke with throughout this process that was only supposed to take 45-90 days but here we are in February and nothing but a denial letter from my mortgage company. Now the phone number I have is disconnected and the only other number goes directly to a machine to leave a message as they are unavailable.
