Horrible company! I believe they are scamming as well! I ordered a box set prior to Christmas and I have yet to receive my package. The manager "Gordon Kennedy" has made umpteen excuses as to what's taking so long. I requested a refund but am doubtful that I will receive it. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone! Beware!

Fraud...Recognize it...Report it...Stop it I did and they were stopped they'll also give you advice on how to get a refund from your credt card company. Please have your credit card cancelled and have your credit card company fraud dept look into this time is of the essence. Xeo-Vent has been terminated at the Bank in Canada and is under police investigation. -
