ORDERED THE COMPLETE DALLAS SERIES. RECEIVED THE ORDER PROMPTLY, IT WAS OF VERY POOR QUALITY. AFTER WE CHECKED ALL OF THE DVD'S, THE VAST MAJORITY DID NOT WORK THE COMPANY PROMISED TO REPLACE ALL THE DEFECTIVE DVD'S. IT WAS ONLY A PHONEY PROMISE, THEY WOULD NOT RETURN MY PHONE CALLS OR MY E-MAIL'S. SO MUCH FOR A CHRISTMAS GIFT.
