I AM BEING CHARGED $39.95 A MONTH FOR THEIR SO CALLED VIP SERVICE I NEVER USE AND DID NOT REALIZE I WAS SIGNED UP FOR IT. I WAS UNEMPLOYED WHEN THEY STARTED TAKING MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT WHICH WAS MY UNEMPLOYMENT CHECK, SO I WOULD HAVE NEVER AGREED TO DO THIS AS I COULDN'T AFFORD IT. I CALLED TO CANCEL THIS MEMERSHIP 6 MONTHS OR SO AGO AND WAS ASSURED IT WOULD BE CANCELLED AND NO MORE MONEY TAKEN OUT OF MY ACCOUNT, BUT THEY ARE STILL TAKING OUT MY MONEY AND REFUSE TO RETURN IT BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT, SAYING THEY HAVE A NO REFUND POLCY, EVEN AFTER I CANCELLED THE MEMBERSHIP. CAN i STILL GET IN ON THE CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR IS IT TOO LATE, OR IS THEIR SOMETHING ELSE I CAN DO TO GET ALL OF MY MONEY BACK. COULD THE BETTER BUSINESS BEREAU HELP? THANK YOU
