On January 10, 2013 I ordered the Bonanza set of dvd's. The delivery time was 3-4 weeks which I thought nothing of simply because I ordered the M*A*S*H series and received them with out any issues. The Bonanza series is slowly becoming a problem. I have sent two emails requesting a refund or materials and no answers to either email. I know things get tied up in customs and the mailing system but the least thing they could do is communicate with you and try to work things out. Is there anyone out there that has had any rectifying results on these issues? If so please post so that others may benefit from it. Thank you all for posting your issues.
